The file to update your information in the roster is in the downloads section, it is a standard WoW addon.
Also there are detailed instructions In the guild chat forums on how to update.

Having searched through several content management systems, I have come full circle and went with a php nuke based cms. I would really appreciate your input on the forums as to whether you like this system or the other Joomla one. Feel free to leave any and all comments.
